Adam Ramirez | Executive Vice President
Mr. Ramirez has acquired over 36 years experience in the ownership, management, and operations of janitorial and security services companies. Has overseen and managed over 6 offices nationwide. In charge of managing all operations for his corporate office that include sales, dispatch, scheduling, personnel, human resources, finance, training and administration. Oversee new client business to ensure strong growth. Oversees existing client accounts to ensure contract requirements are met and suggests enhancements and modifications that will better serve their needs. Oversee all employees to ensure high level of training, consistency, and professionalism in guard force.
Roy Navarrette | Operations Manager
Mr. Navarrette has been working in the janitorial industry since he was a teen, with over 12 years of experience he has pushed himself to learn every role that comes with facility management. As the Operations Manager, he is responsible for overseeing all phases of this area’s operations along with other One Source executive staff and ensures the delivery of professional customer service, while making sure each account is managed in a manner that meets our customer’s standards.
Andrea Ahmad | Operations Manager / Office Manager
Mrs. Ahmad has a Bachelors degree in graphic design/marketing from APU. A jack of all traits Mrs. Ahmad has experience in all aspects of running a business. Juggling many hats throughout her career she has managed to extend her experience from design/marketing to accounting, operations management, employee management, and business growth. As our office operations manager she is in-charge of managing day to day office activities, human resource, employee training, and payroll.
Elizabeth Soberanis | Office Manager/Human Resources
Ms. Soberanis has many years in employee management and works closely with Mrs. Ahmad to maintain a pool of qualified employees, maintain up to date records and all legal requirements. She has a key sense to detail and is a great addition to our team.
